STRONGER CONNECTIONS: Leaders need to expand their networks to connect with both usual and unusual partners. A stronger mesh of connections provides new sources of inspiration and the solidarity that supports leaders to persist when progress is hard.

PERSONAL NAVIGATION SYSTEM: Leadership purpose and vision are driven by a deep conviction of values. In upholding these values leaders grow personal ethics and integrity, enabling them to become more discerning.

EXTENDED LEADERSHIP SKILLS: In the shift from a VUCA to a BANI world, the repertoire of extended skills leaders must develop includes facilitation, coaching, influencing, negotiation, mediation and conflict-handling.

UNIQUE LEADERSHIP VALUE : While individual qualities are rooted in personal values, they bear fruit in attitudes and behaviours. In this programme, leaders will specifically focus on growing four pairs of individual attributes that are essential to positive social change: courage with audacity, creativity with optimism, stamina with tenacity, and kindness with wisdom.
