    You’ll be matched with your coach and will have an opportunity to engage with both, new ideas and your peers as you begin connecting with and building your community.

  • Immersion Week:
    8 -14 November 2026 at the Raya Heritage, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

    Learn new leadership concepts and powerful frameworks while acquiring new perspectives, practical tools, and proven methodologies you can apply to your work immediately. Collaborate with peers to tackle complex challenges and identify next steps in your context, harnessing the expertise in the room to ideate new possibilities for social change. New insight and ideas will be incubated and refined through rich, unhurried dialogue, group and one-on-one coaching, as well as ample time for rest and deep reflection to integrate it all.

    One day will be dedicated to an excursion during which we’ll join hands to work on a community-based project in partnership with a local organisation focused on sustainability. This will be a meaningful, immersive opportunity to connect, build lasting bonds while having fun and giving back to the local community in a tangible way.

Growth isn’t a one and done. Sustain your growth and impact through receiving focused support from your designated coach. Scheduled check-ins enable you to put learning and insight into action as you deepen self-awareness and test newly acquired skills and mindsets. You’ll refine and put into action your roadmap to develop across the 4 dimensions of the Complete Leader.

Coaching for up to 9 months is included (6 months post residential), with the option to purchase additional, subsidised coaching sessions.

THE VENUE

Grounded in a deep commitment to sustainability, giving back to its community, and intentional design, Raya Heritage was founded in partnership with local craft and culture. Described as a river sanctuary, it provides the perfect backdrop and an authentic atmosphere for ethical leadership and work on our values and heritage for integrity and social impact.

Its location and design, featuring lush gardens and tranquil waters, balance quiet, retreat-style peace without being completely remote, removing the usual distractions and providing the physical and mental space needed for deep transformation.

There are many beautiful spaces to reflect, connect and find inspiration, whether sharing a meal as a community, walking and talking in nature or spending time reflecting in solitude in natural surroundings.

An emphasis on living in balance with nature, combined with the resort’s high-quality wellbeing, fitness and spa amenities, create space for personal recharging and reconnection—an important part of holistic leadership growth.

Using a venue that lives its values (craftsmanship, sustainability, local economy, ethical sourcing) was a vital choice as this aligns with our program aims of accelerating positive social change.

  • DESIGN

    Raya Heritage comprises 38 spacious suites set in lush gardens overlooking the tranquil Ping River in low-impact, three-story structures designed by noted Thai architect Booniert Hemvijitraphan.

  • GIVING BACK

    The commitment to giving back to their community stems from the belief that a business is only successful when its employees and society benefit alongside shareholders.

    Raya Heritage’s design team worked closely with local weavers, potters, woodcarvers and other artisans in small towns and village communities around the north of Thailand for two years prior to opening.
